Today is Giselle Rene’s first birthday. Amanda and I are really excited. We are especially excited that we survived the first year. It has been challenging to say the least, but we love her so much and can’t wait to continue life with her. I would like to say we learned a lot, but I can’t tell you for sure because this parent-thing takes time to figure out (if ever).
Giselle, Mommy and Daddy love you so much! You are a blessing to us. Happy Birthday, beautiful girl!

Just thought you should know that the baby on our Baby Orajel package looks just like Giselle. Has she done any baby-modeling?

Haha. No, Giselle hasn’t done any modeling. We’ve thought about it, but not sure we want to expose her to that lifestyle. But the longer I’m without a full-time job it sounds better and better.
